Workplace Wellness Seminar




Ireland’s Fittest Company is delighted to facilitate a limited number of exclusive incompany seminars in August & September 2017. Our team of coaches will come to your workplace to deliver insights on exercise, nutrition and mental wellbeing, to show you and your colleagues how to live and work more effectively. Gerry, Karl and Roz will take your teams through their paces, helping to develop plans for personal performance, fitness and diet in the run up to the team challenge on October 5th. Each seminar will be fun, engaging and employees will be invited to actively participate.

Gerry Hussey

Gerry Hussey has been working at the fore front of Olympic and International Sport since graduating from Trinity College Dublin in 2003.

In his role as Performance Consultant, Gerry has coached elite athlete’s for Olympic Games, Heineken Cups, European and World Championships. 

He brings an unrivalled wealth of honesty, experience and infectious passion to his work  from Golf to Sailing and Olympic Boxing to Corporate Coaching.

Karl Henry

Karl Henry is one Ireland's most recognised and leading personal trainers. He is well known for his role as the leading fitness expert on RTÉ One’s Operation Transformation since it began. 

He writes for the Irish Independent every Tuesday and also other health and fitness feature pieces and programmes. He has successfully published four books to date, including Real Results with Karl HenryBums Tums and Bingo WingsThe Slim Solution and his most recent book Beach, Bums & Tums. He is currently working on his fifth book which will be published in 2018. 


Roz Purcell

Roz Purcell is a bestselling cookery author and entrepreneur. Roz has successfully launched a stellar media career which includes a winning role on Come Dine with Me Ireland, a guest chef appearance on TV3’s the Restaurant, and a stint as a Celebrity Bainisteor on RTE. Her passion for healthy food and lifestyle has earned her thousands of followers on social media in recent years.
